Raasch began his legendary career with the Swoosh in 2009 and is revered for creating the Nike Roshe Run, an affordable lifestyle sneaker that ushered in a new wave for Nike (and ultimately inspired Kanye West to make the adidas Yeezy Boost 350).
Once in a senior role with the Air Max division, Raasch spearheaded futuristic designs with Nike’s school technology with silhouettes such as the Nike Air Max 270, the Nike Air Max 720, the Nike Air Max Pre-Day, the Nike Air Max 2090, and others.
After 14 years, this was my last week at Nike.
I have made the tough decision to part ways with the brand and element myself to a new chapter.
